something i think burdens the younger traveling kids is the need or the feeling to keep going, whats next? where we going? lets drive through the night? im talking more about younger skateboard traveler kids. ten years ago or so mark and i would drive from louisville straight to albuquerque, just because thats where the things we wanted to skate were. it’s not that we were blind to the beauty of the changing landscapes, to see the mountains, canyons,and whatever else for the first time in person was amzing, exciting, all that, but we appreciated it from the window of the eagle or whatever we were driving in. there was a lot less parks to skate ten years ago and we hardly knew anybody to show us around. i guess the way i was is what im warning kids not to fall into but i did and naturally got out of it so by that logic i shouldnt worry about the kids cause them like me will find there way with out me writing this. but wait, lee would always want to do things other tahn skate on trips. yeah , i had my mentors….
Project managements not our forte
me and rodolfo spent the past 5 days hitchhiking from santiago to the peruvian border. got a bunch of good rides. the last ride took us 1000km in this new 2 floor freightliner. livn large. slept at a gas station last night and got the bus station to find out the borders closed because a flood may have brought a bunch of the mines scattered around the border too close to the highway. heading to peru tomorrow to catch a flight to panama get outta this desert.

got in a quick trip with the crew to pichilemu to surf and skate. this little bowl is new designed by the local skatepark crew and built by clueless city workers. behind it theres a 4 wheel racetrack. saw some weones with soul of dale earnhardt in em.
